Operation all set.

Ella is all set for Surgery tomorrow (Tuesday 2nd March) at 7:30 am - we won't see her for 6-8 hours after that. Then it's 5-10 days in the hospital. -- 2-5 of those in the ICU and the rest in a regular room.

It is going to be an early start but it is better as Ella cannot eat for about 12 hours before the operation.

Surgery is done!

The surgeon came by to tell us Ella is ok, and surgery is done.

Once they got inside they found that Ella did have a right pulmonary artery and it's bigger than they thought which is very good. They thought it was only 1.2 mm but in fact it's 3mm which is very positive. Lots of other little details, but all in all prognosis is good.

We are now waiting to see our little girl. Stay tuned.
