Operation all set.

Ella is all set for Surgery tomorrow (Tuesday 2nd March) at 7:30 am - we won't see her for 6-8 hours after that. Then it's 5-10 days in the hospital. -- 2-5 of those in the ICU and the rest in a regular room.

It is going to be an early start but it is better as Ella cannot eat for about 12 hours before the operation.

Early start

Not much sleep for us last night. We had to scrub Ella with disinfectant cloths that the hospital gave us first thing this morning.....not the nicest thing for her to wake up to. Ella is pretty relaxed and asleep in the car seat at the moment.
