Operation all set.

Ella is all set for Surgery tomorrow (Tuesday 2nd March) at 7:30 am - we won't see her for 6-8 hours after that. Then it's 5-10 days in the hospital. -- 2-5 of those in the ICU and the rest in a regular room.

It is going to be an early start but it is better as Ella cannot eat for about 12 hours before the operation.

Ella is moving upstairs today!

Phil is getting some much needed rest since he pulled the all night shift last night.

This is a quick update to say that Ella is moving upstairs today.

It's been a busy morning, left IV came out earlier, respiratory guy has been around, Doctors rounds have been done and now they are getting ready to take her chest tube out. I think it's a little painful but it will be good to lose these cords.

Gotta go help
